read this painful today about the world's worst band: nickelback. at first i thought i was reading an article in the onion but alas it was cnn. canada really gives us a frighteningly wide spectrum of bands. from arcade fire and wolf parade to nickelback and loverboy, canada never ceases to amaze.

two years ago, us weekly named the singer of nickelback "the ugliest man of the year." perhaps, in part, for his pubey chin hair?
googling 'worst band in the world' spits out a few Creed hits. Someone at google has a sense of humor and some taste.
I was pretty sure that Hoobastank was the worst band in the world... but I stand corrected!

I've been working on my house every weekend listening to alot of cheesy radio, they play nickelback every 8th song. i can't for the life of me figure out why. why they play it, and why i keep listening. urg!
