I remember my brother picking up a Leatherwolf tape once. Pretty awful. I think that was among one of his more regrettable impulse buys, along with a Guy Mann-Dude album.

In addition to his solo work, Mann-Dude was also a member of the one-off supergroup "The Dudes of Wrath," who were created for the sole purpose of writing songs for the soundtrack to the movie Shocker.
Leatherwolf is the first band I had ever heard of that featured a three-guitar lineup. They were also the first band I became aware of as being from Orange County.
I never got into their music but this post takes me back to those wonderful days when metal ruled.
