One of these camps one (temporarily) may have been staffed with brain-less clone hosts for this official disposal event. There was great numbers of evil, wicked trash from the 20s and 30s, individuals which likely wasn't allowed to survive, and using brain-less clone hosts granted the gods the opportunity to use this event to punish some but also to eliminate the worst.

There is one geographic clue I have not addressed in years:::Uranus, a planet tilted 90 degrees on its axis.
