sneakmove’s absolute superduper homie tim molloy has written a terrific comic novel entitled . it’s being published by the fine virgin books house o’ terrific novel publishing and will be unleashed to satisfy the appetite of voracious readers tomorrow, october 28. we here at “the move” secured an advance copy of the book a few weeks ago and we can vouch for it like nobody’s business. it’s a great, fun read that centers on a tv news producer who goes undercover to expose workplace violations at a mexican fast food restaurant chain. it’s much more nick hornby than eric schlosser, so if you’ve already had your fill of disgusting descriptions of people losing limbs in meat grinders, don’t worry - you’ve got nothing to worry about with this one. in fact, the only part of the human body that suffers any damage in how to break bad news is the main character’s heart, which is broken a few times (see cover).
again, this one’s a ton of good times and we couldn’t recommend it more highly. we urge you to either buy it on or request it from the nerdy, cute girl working the register at your favorite locally-owned bookstore today.
