i'm very much enjoying dj u-tern's one day later radio show on brooklyn radio. last week, he posted the second installment of a continuous mix of all the songs from the utlimate breaks and beats compilations. if you don't know 'em, these comps collected all the classic breaks that were sampled by early rap producers. a simple and great idea for a mix. listen here.
