scott walker documentary
there’s a documentary about pop singer/artsy crooner/minimalist composer scott walker called 30 century man. accurately described as “long-overdue”, the film debuts in europe in the next few weeks. although the web site doesn’t make it clear how u.s. folks can see the film, i’m sure it’ll make the rounds at indie movie houses and good dvd rental places. the trailer looks amazing. check this track from mr walker’s recent album, drift.

First time I heard about Scott Walker was when Pulp was at its height. I was watching a Pulp video on MTV and my mom says “Is that Scott Walker”.
