jamaican music

like so many of us, i’ve been guilty of sleeping on jamaican music. a thousand or so kids blasting copies of bob marley’s legend on the streets of isla vista during the 90s can’t help but prejudice you a little. anyways, let’s make up for lost time.
listen to:
niney the observer “blood and fire”
the jahlights “right road to dubland”
the gladiators “sweet soul music”
pablove black “push pull”
sly & robbie “flight of africa”
burning spear “swell headed”
