mathematiques modernes
i got a hold of this great comp of french new wave and post-punk music a little while ago. i find it highly enjoyable. there’s lots of dancey, synthed-out, gritty songs on it. one of the top tracks is by mathematiques modernes. the record is called so young but so cold: underground french music 1977-1983. it’s avaiable here.
listen to mathematiques modernes “disco rough [ian smagghe edit]“
