the dudes over at are you familiar do a great job serving up some very interesting less-than-mainstream tunes, complete with descriptive background info. the regularity of their postings make it hard to pick one standout track to talk about, but i’ll try: the psych-pop sound of fields resonates with good style. after that, make sure to check out the first track listed for padded cell.
