taste of jenny

sample "handle with care," the traveling wilbury's cover leaked off first solo album from the lead gal of rilo kiley. ole' bright eyes conor oberst and ben gibbard of death cab/ postal service guest.

if this former-child star had any more indie cred, she'd get free neighborhoodies!

(thanks, ade.)

it is spelled "conor". easy to check and make sure you have it right before you post.

spelling errors aside, this is a pretty nice track, given it's a cover of a song that i always felt to be really annoying. i'm curious to hear the other songs on her new album.

Also on Gorilla vs Bear:
a couple songs from Junip. Dunno much of these guys but these two songs are kinda great. They're Swedish? That makes me love it even more.

i did check it, but thanks for the input. regular ole' slip of the key.

great song and really appropriate cover for our indie rock royalty of the day.

This met my very low expectations.

I wonder sometimes if Jenny Lewis only hangs out with dudes she'd be able to beat up so she can threaten them into helping her make music that's decent enough that it somehow prevents people from realizing the girl can't sing a note.

Orbison's coughing up maggots.
