peter gallagher’s new album of r&b standards hit stores next month. it’s called 7 days in memphis, although sandy in memphis would have been sooooo much more hilarious. (btw, first person to photomash a pic of ol’ brow eyes onto dusty springfield’s dusty in memphis record cover wins a sneakmove iron-on, designed by the williamsburg hipster-fucks at couture house sepurb and king of hoagies.)

Produced by Mike Mangini (Joss Stone), 7 Days in Memphis seeps in authenticity with performances from … the drummer, keyboardist, and bassist from Joss Stone’s band.
