check out pharrell’s “can i have it like that?” featuring gwen stefani. it’s from his upcoming solo album, from what i understand. hawt beat. not $2 million worth of hawtness, but hawt nonetheless. p definitely comes offbeat in an unintentional way at least once, but whatever — i can’t hate. i will play the ass off of this one. caveat: literally no reason for gwen to be on this. any woman in the world would have sufficed. but, again, whatever.

can SM get me an instrumental of this friggin song?
Time for me to renew my desire for a car with a bumpin’ stereo and a street full of HS kids to impress on Friday nights. This beat is sick!
am I the only one who hears a strong Knight Rider theme influence?
Agree completely about Gwen. The girl who worked the desk at skateboard p’s hotel could have done just as well.
That being said, still enjoyable!
S$, can i begin the hate? hahaha. i like it no less than most of the stuff i’ve been liking lately aka that real WWF shit!!!
it is, however, by far the best/shortest sample/interpoplation of lou donaldson pot belly ever. if he had more, um, LUGZ, he would have rocked that loop for a lot longer.
SM, I just wanted to compliment you on your excellent sketch of Skateboard P.
Also, I think Gwen serves the important purpose of interesting the widest possible audience in this recording.

he better release this album quicklike; the world can’t possibly tolerate his rapping much longer.
